Two former governors yesterday Tuesday October 12th paid a courtesy visit to the Jagaban Borgu and All Progressive Congress National leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinibu at his Boudillon home in Lagos.

The former Ogun state governor, Otunba Gbenga Daniel and his Ekiti State counter part, Ayodele Fayose were the latest guests to register their presence in Ikoyi yesterday.

Gbenga Daniel, former PDP member recently hooked his tenth with ruling APC.

The relationship between Tinubu and Daniel dates back to decades, and they remained strong allies until 2003 when Daniel contested for the governorship seat in Ogun State.

Daniel has remained active in politics, coordinating the Southwest campaign for Late President Umaru Yar’Adua and later President Goodluck Jonathan,
Daniel recently joined the ruling party (APC).

Ayodele Fayose, though still a member of the opposition party (PDP) but had said severally in different occassions that even though, he doesn’t belong to same party with Asiwaju but claimed Tinubu is his leader, it’s however not clear at this moment whether Fayose would jump ship to the ruling party, fingers are crossed as political watchers await next move of former Ekiti number one citizen.
