Chairman/CEO, Fisolak Group of companies, Princess (Dr.) Toyin Kolade, On Sunday March 29th joined millions of donors nationwide to embarked on distribution of free hand sanitizers and food items to residents in Lagos State.
Kolade said the action was to complement governments effort towards curtailing the spread of the dreaded COVID-19 especially at the grassroots.
Aside from the free hand sanitizers, iyalaje of the source also shared food items freely to the elderly, the young and other residents at her house in Agege Lagos.
Kolade while speaking during the event educated the residents on ways to avoid contracting the virus.
She encouraged them to imbibe personal hygiene as an important way of preventing the pandemic.
She called on residents to wash hands regularly, embrace social distancing, discouraged hand shaking, hugging and promptly at report symptoms of any sickness at the nearest health facility.
Kolade also sensitized the residents on the dangers of the pandemic and the need to pay attention to warnings from government and health officials on the coronavirus disease.
She equally enjoined the residents not to panic as government is doing its best to safeguard the citizens.
Meanwhile, numbers of journalists also enjoyed the good gesture of Iyalaje of the Source (Dr.Toyin Kolade), she however, pleaded with well-meaning Nigerians to also reach out to the poor and most especilaly those who survives through daily earning who might find it difficult to put food on the table during stay at home directive by federal and state government.
